Aaron Bludworth
President & CEO
Aaron oversees all executive management of Fern, including strategy, sales, customer service, and operations. Aaron is a very active executive, often found visiting show sites and participating in client meetings. Aaron's career in the exposition industry began in 1992 with Modern Exposition Services where he filled numerous executive positions, including Executive Vice President and Managing Director. Aaron was also an executive at GES in Las Vegas, where he managed the National Corporate Events Group and oversaw Las Vegas trade show sales. Aaron is very active in the exhibition industry; he is currently chairman of the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR) and a past president and board member of the Exhibition Services and Contractors Association (ESCA). Aaron is an emeritus member of the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business Alumni Board of Directors.

Michael Cox
Executive Vice President
Michael's responsibilities include labor relations, client retention, business development, and numerous special projects and initiatives. Michael began his career with Fern in 1980. Prior to his current position, Michael served in operations and as an Account Executive, Branch General Manager, Vice President of Sales, and Executive General Manager. During his tenure Michael has led the successful integration of six companies Fern acquired, including Moore Display, C.E. South, Browder Convention Services, Expo Services, and Hubbell Tyner (Kansas City). Michael is a long-time member of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and the Exhibition Services & Contractors Association (ESCA).

J.T. Barclay
Chief Financial Officer
J.T. is responsible for all finance, accounting, and risk management functions for Fern. J.T. has 20 years of financial management experience. Prior to joining Fern in 2006, J.T. spent 11 years with Harris Corporation, a $5 billion multinational communications technology company, in several positions including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Product Line Director. J.T. holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

Jeffery Hoffend
Vice President, National Sales
Jeffrey's responsibilities include the growth and mentoring of Fern's National Sales Group along with developing and deploying the organizations overall sales strategy. Jeffrey is an industry veteran previously holding executive roles with both GES & Freeman. Prior to joining Fern in early 2016, Jeffrey was a Global Sales Director for GES and also previously served as the Northeast General Manager of Operations. Prior to GES, Jeff led a large national Corporate Account Sales team for Freeman located in Las Vegas. Jeffrey holds a BA degree in Economics from Syracuse University Maxwell School.

Steven Detrick
Vice President, Products & Services
Steven's responsibilities include management of all exhibitor sales and service programs, including customer service and product development. Before joining Fern, Steven was the Exhibitor Marketing Manager at GES, where he was instrumental in developing and growing their exhibitor marketing department. Steven was also with Citi Group as a Global Marketing & Customer Service Strategist, responsible for creating and deploying marketing programs to customer care teams. Steven holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (MIS) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Neil McMullin
Vice President, Shared Services
Neil is responsible for field operations including quality control and the implementation of best practice in order to ensure a consistent delivery of high quality services and products. Neil also oversees all creative services including, structural design, graphic design and production, as well as technology solutions and carpet operations. Neil is a board member of the Exhibitor Services & Contractors Association (ESCA), which includes serving as the Chair of the Contractor/Venue Relations Committee. Neil is also an active member of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) and serves as the Chair of the Convention Center Committee responsible for producing the International Convention Center Conference (ICCC). Neil graduated with a degree in Facility and Business Management from BYU.

Sheila Pannell
Vice President, National Accounts
Sheila oversees Fern's numerous key account relationships. Sheila's career spans 30 years, most of which were in sales positions at Hubbell Tyner prior to its acquisition by Fern in 2001. Sheila's career has included various positions, including Exhibitor Service Representative, Account Executive, and Vice President of Sales. Sheila is active in various industry associations as well as numerous local CVBs and other industry groups.
